Placement of Hemodynamic Electrodes
Skin Preparation: Clean the patient’s skin with alcohol pads or wipes to remove sweat, oils, and lotions, which can affect electrical conductivity and measurement accuracy. Allow the skin to dry completely.
Electrode Placement: Once the skin is dry, position the patient upright and place the electrode pads according to the eight core lead line schematic.
Placement Order: First, place the four snap electrodes on the left side of the patient, then place the four snap electrodes on the right side. Ensure not to mix or confuse the electrodes between the right and left sides.
